Meditation

This course is about building self-confidence and developing your potential to participate fully in all aspects of your life.  It runs runs over 7consecutive weeks and each week we explore a different meditation technique.  The course will give you the tools to start or continue your own practice.

We could say Meditation is like gym for the mind, it takes time and regular effort... so come along with an open mind and heart!

The course also includes a journal to record your experiences.
