Despite its ancient roots the practice of Yoga is more relevant today than ever before as many search for ways to find meaning in our hectic world.

The meaning of “Yoga” is “union”. Its aim is to unite the different aspects of being – body, mind, emotions and spiritual self.

Hatha Yoga refers predominantly to the physical exercises or postures (asanas). It is a means of bringing physical strength, flexibility and overall health via direct effects on the internal systems.

All classes include the postures, as well as breathing techniques (Pranayama) and relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
